Are there any hidden fees or additional costs?
No, there are no hidden fees. However, certain add-ons, like additional studio assistant time or extended rental hours, may have extra costs.
How does the month-to-month membership work? Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, the membership is month-to-month, so you can cancel at any time with no long-term commitments or penalties.
Are there limits on how many times I can book the studio per month?
While there is no limit on standard studio bookings, availability is subject to scheduling, and we recommend booking early to secure your preferred times.
What happens if I don’t use my free monthly private studio rental? Does it roll over?
Unfortunately, unused free private sessions do not roll over to the following month.
How much are sessions?
Sessions range between $60–$150 per session, depending on the type and duration of the booking.
Are there any contracts or long-term commitments?
No contracts ever! Memberships are month-to-month for maximum flexibility.

What is the process for booking the studio?
Bookings can be made through our online portal or by contacting us directly. Same-day booking is also available.
How far in advance can I book, and is same-day booking guaranteed?
You can book as far in advance as you like. Same-day bookings are subject to studio availability.
How does booking work for members?
After you book your free private session, each additional session must be booked and paid for separately.
Are there restrictions on the time or days the studio can be booked?
The studio operates during regular business hours, and private sessions are available on Mondays. Check our booking calendar for specific time slots.
Can I book more than one session in a day?
Yes, you can book multiple sessions in a day, provided there is availability.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session? Are there penalties?
Reschedules incur a $25 fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may also incur a small fee.

Is the Canon R mirrorless camera with the 24-70mm lens always available?
Yes, it is available for members to use during their session, but it’s advisable to reserve it ahead of time to ensure availability.
Are other cameras or lenses available for rental?
Currently, the Canon R with a 24-70mm lens is the primary rental option for members.

All colored backdrops in our inventory are included, and seasonal backdrops are also available at no extra cost.

A private session grants you full access to the entire studio, including all backdrops, props, and equipment. There are no restrictions during your private session.

The discounted rate provides you with an experienced assistant who can help set up, adjust lighting, manage equipment, and assist during your session.
Are lighting equipment and modifiers provided, or do I need to bring my own?
We provide a range of lighting equipment and modifiers, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Is there Wi-Fi or other amenities available in the studio?
